Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? yes
Have I searched the tickets before posting? yes
Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? yes
Joomla! version: 2.5.7
PHP version: 5.3.5
MySQL version: 5.59
Host: localhost
Akeeba Backup version: 3.6.7

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
Since i've installed Ohanah 2.1.11 the admin UI of Akeeba Backup is all wrong, as if it's not loading the bootstrap files. But i checked the page with firebug and no error is reported. All looks good.

The same issue is also happening with Akeeba Subscriptions 2.4.3 but i don't have that issue with Admin Tools 2.4.0

As soon as i disable the koowa plugin, it's working fine.

This is a known issue with certain system plugins stupidly modifying the format query parameter Joomla! is seeing (the default should be "html", the plugins change it to an empty string). This confuses the rendering engine of our components. I have created a workaround for this situation and will publish new releases of all of our software today.

First: thanks for your super great and fast support.

Second: great to hear that a fix will come. And sorry in a way that you have to come up with a work around due to other developers.

I'll get the updates now.

thanks again.

I already gave Akeeba Backup a 5 stars on the JED, but i'll do the same for Subscriptions and Admin Tools.

I confirm that all updates fixed the issues. it's all good now.

Just one thing. When i installed the update of Admin Tools that i downloaded from this site (com_admintools-2.4.1-pro.zip), although the install went ok, it was still telling me that an update was available 2.4.1.
But when i did the update via the update button in Admin Tools, then the latest version was confirmed.

Other than that, there was no noticeable issue at all for now.

The story of my life :D A terrible lot of the code I've written is workarounds for other people's code. It's kind of eyebrow raising, though, that the code written by a Joomla! co-founder, actually the man who wrote the original Joomla! 1.5 MVC architecture, is plagued by this kind of issue. I was disappointed to see that.

Great!

This is due to the long caching time (6 hours) of the update information. You can just go to Admin Tools, Update found and click on "Refresh update information". Or you can do nothing at all and wait about 6-8 hours for the update cache to expire.

I already gave Akeeba Backup a 5 stars on the JED, but i'll do the same for Subscriptions and Admin Tools.

Thank you very much!
