Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? yes
Have I searched the tickets before posting? yes
Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? yes
Joomla! version: (1.7)
PHP version: (5)
MySQL version: (3.4.10.1)
Host: (optional, but it helps us help you)
Akeeba Backup version: (3.4.2)

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue: I am doing a site transfer to copy a joomla site to another folder. I am in the last few screens of the setup, I can connect everything but it asks "Site e-mail address" I have put in my work email, the email account that is associated with Akeeba, and a GMAIL address and it keeps kicking out, "Super Administrator email must be a valid email address" I am not sure why, have not had this issue before transferring sites, Emails I entered are all valid, I looked though your boards and went through the documentation and see nothing to solve this.

thanks,.

Your version of Akeeba Backup isn't even supposed to run on the Joomla! version you are using it with. You should use Akeeba Backup 3.3.13. Please review our Compatibility page for more information.

Well, it's a surprise that 3.4.2 did work with Joomla! 1.7, but I'm glad it did :)

this was my fault i was looking in the wrong place and missed a field, but I have NEVER had an issue with Akeeba <knock wood>, so great product, i need to look at going between two servers, but this right now is on one server, i am setting up a test environment and all that, but excellent product, saved me SO much time in rebuilding our sites.
