Hello, I upgraded to Pro edition and have tried to set up back up to Azure BLOB, I get a Server 500 error and have tried to troubleshoot but cant seem to get it to work, please help

It looks like it's taking too long (over two minutes) to upload your archive parts to Azure BLOB storage. Please try lowering your Part Size for Split Archives. I'd try a value of 10Mb, 5Mb or even 2Mb.

Another thing you should probably do is disabling the "Process each part immediately" option. Uploading the backup parts at the end of the backup process is usually much more reliable. If the upload fails, you can always retry it by going into Administer Backup Files and using the Transfer to Azure link at the far right-hand column on the backup records with a failed upload (this is not available if you use the "Process each part immediately" option).
