Description of my issue:

Hi, could you please confirm if database triggers are included in the backup process? I need to create one on the AkeebaSubs User table to another table and it does not appear to be restored on my hosting site when viewed using phpMyAdmin

Thanks,

They can be included, if you enable the option.

Go to Akeeba Backup, Configuration and click the Configure... button next to the Database Dump Engine row. Check the "Dump PROCEDUREs, FUNCTIONs and TRIGGERs" option and you're set.

For more information please consult the documentaiton: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/akeeba-backup-documentation/database-dump-engines.html#dump-native-mysql
