Description of my issue: Hello, when I try to do a backup, I get this error:

AJAX Loading Error
HTTP Status: 500 (Internal Server Error)
Internal status: error
XHR ReadyState: 4
Raw server response:
Internal Server Error

I tested with these RECOMENDATIONS:

https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/troubleshooter/abbackup.html?utm_source=akeeba_backup&utm_campaign=backuperrorbutton

I've done several tests, but can not find the solution. Again and again the same error.

I hope you can help me. I spent years using Akeeba and is the first time it happens.

Best regards,

Javier

Please try the following settings:

Minimum execution time: 1 second
Maximum execution time: 7 seconds
Runtime bias: 75%

If this doesn't work try this:

Minimum execution time: 5 second
Maximum execution time: 3 seconds (yes, the maximum is less than the minimum, it's not a typo)
Runtime bias: 50%

If it still fails please ZIP and attach your backup log file. Please DO NOT use the RAR format!!! There's a reason I say "ZIP and attach" in the instructions and not "compress to any arbitrary archive format and attach". My tools are set up to work with ZIP archives ;)
