Description of my issue:

Hello. I'm going to install SEF component on my site. Choose between AceSEF Pro and sh404SEF. Do you know something about the problems that can occur in one of these extensions, and Akeeba Backup Pro? Thanks in advance for your reply.

You are asking the wrong person for this. IMHO you don't need an SEF extension unless you want them for their SEO features (e.g. custom, fine0grained metadata per page). This site survives excellently without any SEF component.

Regarding your question, all SEF components are known to cause issues with Akeeba Backup's front-end backup mode. This happens due to the way they parse raw URLs, create SEF URLs and force an automatic redirection to the SEF URL. If you rely on the front-end backup feature (e.g. you use a CRON job with wget/cURL or WebCron) then don't install a SEF extension. I can't do anything on my part to fix those issues.
