EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue: I'm trying to install Tienda and ecommerce plugin. It's a large file, and i'm running into issues installing it. One of the things they recommend is unzipping it into the tmp folder and installing that way. I keep running into an issue where it spins for a bit, then jumps to akeeba backup, which then does a backup and takes me to a blank page

Not sure why, and not sure how to install this file

Hello Kim,

Try disabling the "System - System Restore Points". Now go back to the Extensions, Manage Extensions page. You should not see the Akeeba Backup logo at the bootom of the page any more, i.e. you are back in the standard extensions installer. You can now try to install Tienda without Akeeba Backup interfering with anything.
