PHP version: 5.3.16
MySQL version: 5.1.49-3-log
Host: OVH
Akeeba Backup version: Akeeba Backup Core 3.6.12 (2013-01-04)



Description of my issue:

Backup failed. I try with different configuration

Can you help me please?

Hello Steve,

Go to Akeeba Backup's Configuration page and find the Archiver Engine row. Click on the Configure button next to it.  A pane opens below. Set the Part Size for Split ARchives to 20Mb and retry backing up. If this doesn't work also try the values 10Mb and 5Mb.

If this didn't allo you to backup your site please go back to the Configuration page and scroll all the way down. Set the following:

  • Minimum execution time: 1 second
  • Maximum execution time: 7 seconds
  • Runtime bias: 50%

If you still get a backup issue please ZIP and attach your new backup log file.

Please set the following:

  • Minimum execution time: 5 second
  • Maximum execution time: 3 seconds (yes, the maximum is less than the minimum)
  • Runtime bias: 50%

If you still get a backup issue please ZIP and attach your new backup log file.
