You can go to My Subscriptions page and look below the list of subscriptions, towards the right.
Alternatively, please go to the My Instructions page. You will find two pages, one for Akeeba Backup and one for Admin Tools, which not only tell you your Download ID but also give you step by step instructions on entering it correctly in our components.
