Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? Yes
Have I searched the tickets before posting? Yes
Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? Yes
Joomla! version: 1.5.26
PHP version: 5.3.13
MySQL version: 5.5.27
Host: Windows 2003
Akeeba Backup version: 3.4.3

Description of my issue:Β  Always the same changed files between backups

I am using SiteDiff to compare AkeebaBackup backups and I am always getting the same files showing as "changed":

installation/READM.htmlinstallation/sql/joomla.sql
installation/sql/joomla.s01
installation/sql/joomla.s02

Is this normal behavior?Β  What would be changing these files?

That's expected. The installation/README.html contains information about your backup. Each backup archive has a different README.html file. The files unders installation/sql are your database backup. They are always different between backups (if nothing else, the backup records in the #__ak_stats table are different between backups, leading to one or more of those files being different between teo successive backups).

Thanks for the quick reply Nicholas.Β  That makes sense, at least now I can rest assured that this is normal behavior.
