Description of my issue:

IN your file at https://www.akeebabackup.com/component/docimport/troubleshooter/kscantextract.html

you write will get rid of kicktemp later.... Where can I find how to get rid of it?

If you had to get rid of it you wouldn't have to ask this question. This is a directory that you have to create manually and only if you have a problem using the Upload by FTP file write mode. If you have no idea where to find this directory then you have obviously not created one, therefore there is no need to remove an inexistent directory.
