Description of my issue:

Hello, I'm trying to do yoomla1.5.26 migration to 2.5.
I followed the instructions but I got to a situation where I do not open (https://www.joomlablogstar.com/kickstart.Ρ„ΠΏ) and I can continue to upload the files. please help me to solve this problem. my site is now out of control.

What I see visiting your site is a hosting issue which causes a redirection. I ahve no idea what the screenshot is or how I can help you. You must contact your host.

the problem is that I can not get into akeeba kitskstart to configure files

the problem is that there is not enough to be able to transfer files. says page not found.

then how to proceed to configure files

This is a problem with your host. The company with the server. I can't help. You have to ask the company with the server. They are doing a redirection. Kickstart is not compatible with this redirection. I don't think that you English is good enough to understand what I am saying :(
