EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

I try to upgrade to version 3.7.0 but after the upgrade i get an HTTP 500 error.I read ticket #12339 answer you gave to the other user and i follow your instructions but nothing changed as i keep getting http 500 error each time i try to open Akeeba backup.

I believe that your PHP memory limit is too low (less than 64M). Please contact your host and ask them for memory limit of 64M or more.
