Hello Danny,

Thank you for your subscription! You will have to log out and back in first, then go to Downloads, Akeeba Backup. Select the version you want to download. The very first item should now be "Akeeba Backup Professional". That's it. The trick is the log out / log back in procedure which resets Joomla! privileges in the user session. I consider it a feature/bug of Joomla!. It's a feature because it makes the site faster. It's a bug because if a logged in user's ACL privileges change he has to log out and back in to see the changes. I guess we can't have it all in this life :)

Oh right, you've told me this before :-( 

While we're here, could you check to see why I see the Tools PRO and the Backup PRO in my downloads but not the Subscription PRO (I already have it but just in case)

The "My Downloads" page only displays downloads for these two pieces of software, Akeeba Backup and Admin Tools. I'll have to update it. Meanwhile, you can use the regular Download menu item to access all of them.

I just update the My Downloads area. Normally, you should see all of your Professional downloads in there.
