EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

 

I paid for the essentials package, but when I go to downloads I cannot find a link to download Akeeba backup Professional. There seems to be only core available. Username StuCorlett please just send me the link to download the pro version. Thanks

Please try logging out and back in. This is a known issue with Joomla!; it needs the login recycle to "see" your new access rights coming from your subscription and allow you to see the Professional versions on our site.
