Description of my issue:

Hi,

1st. backup to my Box.com from the backend, right after the upgrade to AkBPro 3.7.5 drops an Ajax error report (before this upgrade never had problems with)

- Tested several times manually at the backend, same result (not yet tested ordering from Webcron or native PHP cronjob)
- Double checked fine tunning settings are as per the 'Site transfer Wizard' as Min 2, Max. 7 and Bias 75
- Double checked Box.com well linked.

- The good part of that is that the backup file is correctly send & received at its Box.com destination folder.
- The worst part of that is that the file is not finally deleted at the site '/backupxxxx' folder (I don't like to keep backup files there and now all of them remain, even with quota enabled = 1)


>> Is there a way to solve/ round that? (Not URGENT answer needed, just to let you know it. Have a nice trip to NL)

The 403 is a known issue with the current FOF build. Will be fixed Monday when I get back.

I am very happy to see @ Akeeba ... Undoubtedly, that having you and Nicholas together, make your support a second to none team!

BTW, just to inform you that I have tested frontend backup ordering, under AkBPro 3.7.5 version to diifferent 'cloud' services with the following results.

Same website & same params (Min 2, Max. 7 and Bias 75):

- GoogleStorage = Works correctly (like before)
- Amazon S3 = fails (before worked correctly)
- iDriveSync = Works correctly
- Box.com = = fails (before worked correctly)
- Dropbox = Not tested

Hope this info. will help you with the issue reseach.

- 3.7.6 backend backup test 2Box.com = fails (backup made and sent to Box.com but 'AJAX Loading Error HTTP Status: 500 (Internal Server Error)' + backup not deleted after being sent to box.com.

- I'll check later today the s3 one following the guide provided... I'll let you know the results but... What about the Box.com one?: Why AJAX error, the backup file is correctly sent to Box.com but the backup file is NOT deleted afterwards at the website server?
>> I need the Box.com one for may daily schedulled backups but I don't want to have all of the generated backup files at the website server (even with quota = 1 max. under this profile the quota limit is being ignored and the number of files grow and grow).

I could only tell you about S3 because that's the only log you made available. If you take a new backup with Box and send me the log I can help you with that as well.

S3 one: Created new profile being sure that 'Click the Configure button next to it. A new pane opens below. Check the Disable multipart uploads option and make sure that the Process each part immediately option is not checked.' is applied. and worked correctly
- Original profile to S3 with exactly same config. still doesn't works... who know why!

Box.com one: I will wait your feedback after you have time to check the provided log.

In Box' case you have a timeout error uploading the 73790245 bytes (about 72Mb) archive. Just use a Part Size for Split Archives in the area of 5-10Mb and retry.

Split_archives =10, Split_archives =5, Split_archives =2 Doesn't works, too

All cases: backup made and sent to Box.com but 'AJAX Loading Error HTTP Status: 500 (Internal Server Error)' + backup not deleted after being sent to box.com.

I can undestand why worked before and not after upgrading to 3.7.5 and later 3.7.6

I am sure this is not a bug as I have tested it over and over... and I just re-tested right before replying to this ticket to be absolutely certain. Not to mention that I'm using the official box.net PHP integration to be extra sure. I don't know why you get the 500 error. Please ask your host for access to PHP error logs and paste here the PHP fatal errors happening at the time the backup is ending.

Seems that to work more on that has no sense...
>> All my (thirt party) administered sites will stay at: Akeeba Backup Professional svn1908 (2013-03-21) that have no problems with no one of them (S3, Dropbox, GoogleStorage & Box.com).
