Description of my issue:

Hi!

I have created Add-on Download IDs for all my sites. When trying to upgrade both Akeeba backup and Admin Tools I get the message "JInstaller: :Installer: Can not find XML-installationfile".

I changed the add-on download ID back to the main download ID. Then it worked.

I also downloaded the file from your site. And Installed it the normal way. It worked perfect. So it seems that it is something wrong with the add on download ids.

Also when trying to refresh the update information in 3.1.0. I don't get all the information. See the image.

There is a bug on our site. I will fix it tomorrow. Today I'm trying to debug Joomla! 2.5.10 which seems to have a huge issue which completely kills performance :(
