Description of my issue:

I paid for a subscription a few days ago.

I'm unable to get access to the download files. I've read about how I need to logout...and login again because of ACL issues.

However I can't obtain what pad for..

Great product...just frustrated :)

Oh...DAMN!

I realise what the problem is now....silly me...would you be kind enough to switch me to the essentials package please...I only wish access to backup and admin tools:

Hello John,

Since you have bought the Deluxe subscription you have access to everything we publish. I just checked your access privileges and they are all set up correctly. You had accidentally bought a COMMERCE subscription, but you did upgrade it to Deluxe about an hour ago (if I worked out the time zones correctly). As a result if you log out and back in you should get full access to everything without a problem.
