Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? yes
I have been trying many steps in your documentation using the provided link in Joomla after the error occured called troubleshooting wizard.

Have I searched the tickets before posting? No

Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? several search results with no luck finding a solution. One search worth mentioning led to disable the plugin System - System Restore Points

Joomla! version: Joomla! 2.5.11 Stable [ Ember ] 26-April-2013 14:00 GMT
PHP version: 5.3.5
MySQL version: (unknown) 5.1.56-log

Akeeba Backup version: Akeeba Backup Professional 3.7.7 (2013-05-11)

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

AJAX Loading Error
HTTP Status: 500 (Internal Server Error)
Internal status: error
XHR ReadyState: 4
Raw server response:

Error 21

logs link - www.bloginblack.org/Akeeba-Backup.zip

I have 12 domains and cannot update this extension due to failure error.
nonumberextensionmanager-v4.1.7

I then uninstalled and now it will not reinstall due to the erron 500 and Error 21

Nonumber.nl tech referred me to my host as the problem due to a possible block of IP Address after giving him information from the log error.php located /home/sharetech/bloginblack.org/log

Hundreds of these error entries below in all the domains.
2013-05-07 10:21:47 INFO 87.244.129.28 Joomla FAILURE: Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.
2013-05-12 03:15:04 INFO 94.242.237.73 Joomla FAILURE: Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

I received an response from my host and they are stating no blocks are keeping IP Addresses from Nonumber.nl and they have never seen anything like these errors before.

This morning I tried again without NoNumber.nl installed for several days and again the reinstall continues to give me this 500 and 21 error.

I looked at the most current entry in the Joomla error.php this morning and continue to receive this error entry in all the domains but the IP Address are not the same as you can see above on 2013-05-07

Have you seen this happening from your experience and could tell me where I need to follow the issue for a solution? I did tried another PC to rule out this one. I read this in some of your documents it is a Joomla bug for error 21.

Once you disable the System - System Restore Points plugin you're back in plain vanilla Joomla! extensions installer and none of my extensions can possibly interfere. If you still have a problem then you should contact the developer of the extension you are trying to install. I cannot provide support for the installation of third party software.

As closer to bottom, the Joomla IP Adress failures in the log error exist without any Nonumber.nl involved or installed.

Maybe the Joomla log error is unrelated?

Any ideas where else to look for a possible starting point?

As I said, if you still have a problem then you should contact the developer of the extension you are trying to install.

Really. I can't possibly know what Peter does in his installer and provide support for installing his extension. By the time you disabled the System - System Restore Points plugin you're back in plain vanilla Joomla! extensions installer and none of my extensions can possibly interfere.

If you have not disabled that plugin already you must do that before retrying to reinstall the NoNumber extensions manager. This will solve the error you reported, which comes from the system restore points feature in Akeeba Backup (which is not and cannot be compatible with all Joomla! extensions).

No, what you see in the Joomla! log is unrelated to your issue. This is the only thing I can tell with certainty.

Thank you for helping me seperate the two errors.

Yes, I did remove NoNumber and my only follow up was to rule out Akeeba so I don't get redirected to you as the issue like already done so with my host blocking IP Address and they are not.

Thank you.
