unfortunately i cant open the system-informations. there is a blank screen :-(

PHP version: (unknown)
MySQL version: (unknown)
Host: bluehost
Akeeba Backup version: 3.7.2.

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

I cant open akeeba backup. if i click on it there is an 403 error. "access denied".
Any advice would be great.

Please take a look at the instructions in https://www.akeebabackup.com/home/news/55-general/1502-troubleshooting-instructions-for-feb-2013-releases.html

Also note that you should upgrade to the latest version of Akeeba Backup which, at the time of this writing, is 3.7.7.
