Including two Akeeba log files. Hope they are what you need

Description of my issue:

a) I updated some RocketTheme extensions with their new RokUpDater
b) At thenend of the updater, I got successful messages for the RocketTheme extensions and and unsuccessful message for the Akeeba (fof) extension. I do not know how this got involved in the update.
c) After that, I have problems entering the front and backend:
Front
I get these two messages:
Warning: include_once(/home/xbaquero/public_html/libraries/fof/include.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/xbaquero/public_html/plugins/system/srp/srp.php on line 30
Warning: include_once(): Failed opening '/home/xbaquero/public_html/libraries/fof/include.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/opt/php/php-5.4.13/lib/php') in /home/xbaquero/public_html/plugins/system/srp/srp.php on line 30
Back end
Same messages and I get a page with some admin links but no template.
When I click on one of the admin inks, I get:
500 Your Akeeba Backup installation is broken; please re-install. Alternatively, extract the installation archive and copy the fof directory inside your site's libraries directory.
I can not uninstall Akeeba, because I do not the way to get to the install/uninstall page

Appreciate your kind support
Thanks and best regards

I am really wondering what the heck that RocketTheme updater did :s It seems that it did remove a key part of our components, the libraries/fof directory, something which is in fact going to be added to Joomla! 3.2 itself by default.

In order to fix that, you have to follow what the message you pasted reads:

Your Akeeba Backup installation is broken; please re-install. Alternatively, extract the installation archive and copy the fof directory inside your site's libraries directory.
