EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
I have paid for the subscription and yet i cant see no link to professional version of akeeba backup i can only see the core version ,i have checked everything ,i am logged in as well.

Please try logging out and back in to our site. Due to the way Joomla! works this is required after you purchase a new subscription or renew your subscription after it expires. If you're interested, it has to do with the way Joomla! is caching access privileges in the user session. But I digress. Just log out of AkeebaBackup.com, log back in and you should see the Professional version both in the My Subscriptions page as well as the download page of each component (along with the free -Core- releases).
