Description of my issue

Dear Sirs.
When the folders or file names have certain special characters, such as French or Spanish names, the full backup process does not include these folders in the ZIP file. The Full Backup ends without errors, but in the process of UNZIP the system gave us an ACCESS DENIED warning. For me this is very important because our websites are multilingual and we have to use names with special characters.

Best regards
Luis

You seem to have a problem with Windows, not our software. Unfortunately I am not the developer of Windows and cannot help with the limitations Microsoft imposes on filenames.
