Description of my issue:

Hi,

I have a problem when I want to transfert my website to another host (CPANEL --> CPANEL)

I always have this error : "FTP directory is not defined correctly" ... but the file 'akeeba_connection_test.png' is created succesfully to the new host and at the right directory ???

Can you help me please ?

Regards

nicholas

This error is misleading because it can mean two things:
1. The FTP directory is not set up correctly
2. The FTP directory you defined does not correspond to the URL you gave
3. You simply gave the wrong URL

Assuming that the FTP directory you gave corresponds to the public_html directory of your second cPanel account you have to double check the URL. It must lead to the directory where the test image file was uploaded to.
