Joomla! version: (unknown)
PHP version: (unknown)
MySQL version: (unknown)
Host: (optional, but it helps us help you)
Akeeba Backup version: (unknown)

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
I need to restore my site because my Joomla control panel is blank. My hosting company SiteGround thinks the Isis admin template got corrupted, somehow. In any case, I can't get to anything on the admin side, including the component Akeeba Subscription in order to restore my daily cron-job backups. Is there a different way to access those backup files?

Yes, there is. Your backup archives are available in the backup output directory you have configured. If you have never touched it or don't know what I'm talking about, they are under the directory administrator/components/com_akeeba/backup (inside your public_html directory).

You can restore these backup archives using Kickstart. I would recommend watching our video tutorial: https://www.akeebabackup.com/videos/1508-abt06-restoring-to-new-server-using-kickstart.html
