Description of my issue: Trying to use the Site Transfer Wizard but can not as akeeba causes an error when trying to make a new profile. Also can not create new profile.

Please try uninstalling the component and then install it on your site twice, without uninstalling it in between. After the installation try to save your configuration and then try creating a new profile.

Note: by uninstalling you will lose all of your settings. To prevent that you may want to use the profile export feature to export your settings and then the import setting in the newly installed component to import the settings.
