EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

http://myadcircle.com
The backup core works fine.
I have Google storage backup enabled.

In my /etc/php.ini
safe_mode is Off and open_basedir is commented out -

safe_mode = Off
;open_basedir =

I still get the Ajax - Error 500 - Internal server error.

You are trying to upload a 784822294 (748Mb) file. Of course it will timeout. Why it happens and what you need to do is already in our documentation: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/akeeba-backup-documentation/step-by-step-guides.html#how-to-cloud-backup-basic-config

Thanks. I had to reduce the split size to 10 MB and now it works. I have not tried a restore though.
