EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue: Hi Nicholas, I'm getting the following message at the end of a manual backup set to post process to WebDAV;

Failed to process file /home/XXXX/public_html/administrator/components/com_akeeba/backup/site-www.XXXX.com.br-20140220-012754-2.5.18.jpa
Post-processing interrupted -- no more files will be transferred

I have tried to split the archive into 10mb, 20mb and even 45mb (no split) as well as different options on the Directory.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Andre

Please try using the latest dev release from https://www.akeebabackup.com/download/developer-releases/akeebapro.html

Same issue with rev59EAB5F. Log attached.

I have also tried to upload via Transfer Archive (webdav) and even though the system says "uploading completed! the files are not at Box.com. When I try to manage remotely stored files I obvioulsy get "Sorry, the currently selected engine does not support downloading remotely stored files to your PC or you have already deleted the files from the remote server." and if I hit delete I get "Could not delete the remotely stored file. The error was: Resource not found."

Cheers,
Andre

I see that the post-processing engine is still throwing errors. Please use the following settings for the WebDAV configuration (I just tested them and they work):
  • Username: the email address you use with Box.com
  • Password: the password you use with Box.com
  • WebDAV base URL: https://dav.box.com/dav/ with the trailing slash

If you still can't upload to Box.com please ask your host to confirm that their firewall is not blocking outbound communications over port 443 to dav.box.com (its exact IP address should be discovered from the server using traceroute). I think that this is most likely the problem.

Yeah, I was missing the trailing slash at the end of the WebDAV base URL. You might want to update the manual pdf to avoid unecessary tickets...

Have rolled back to Akeeba Backup 3.10.1, set Part size for split archives to 45MB and it worked perfectely with a 34MB file.

Thanks for the help.

OK, that's interesting. It seems that some files did not get updated when you installed the dev release. FYI, the only change to 3.10.1 was that the trailing slash was added automatically. I am not changing the documentation as the real fix was modifying the code to cope with missing trailing slashes.
