Description of my issue:

I have a JPA file created using Backup 3.4.3 Pro. I have lost my user information to get onto the server using FTP. Either that or the other person did. I still have access to the backend of the site so I believe I'm using the wrong information.

Anyway, I have my backup I created last month and need to access some images I created. Is there a way to unpack the JPA file to a directory on my computer?

Cordially,
A. Wayne Webb
