Description of my issue:

I am reviewing my extensions and I see that there are two copies of FOF installed. I have two products installed, which is Admin Tools (the latest version) and Backup. The two FOFs are:

v2.2.1 from Akeeba Ltd
v2.3.0 from Akeeba Ltd

Can v2.2.1 be safely uninstalled?
