Description of my issue:
Launch a BackUp > Run > Stop on a blank Page
Have to clean Cache and cookie before i can go back on admin.
Back up is "error"

I have run a ALICE : https://www.diigo.com/item/image/tfrn/bovu
Joined : the ABU debug log...

Configuration :
Backup Type : Full site, incremental files
Archiver engine : JPA - Part size of split archives : 20 Mo
Date processing engin : Upload to remote FTP (connection test OK)

If you could help me to resolve this, it will be great. The fact is that I have several sites on the same GoGeek account of SiteGround. I have this problem only on one site - www.groupamarace.nc
Thanks by advance...

Hello Stephan,

I see you are using K2, can you please change the option Filesystem scanner engine to Large Site Scanner?
I think that the big directory of images makes your backup process hit the timeout limit

Hi Davide, and thanks for answering...
It seems not enough... Same issue : log out and have to clean cache and cookies before log in again.
Then when i go to akeebba, statut is first to "pending" and 1/4 hour later to "error".
The log is joined...
Don't understand as this is not my biggest site with K2 (380 Mo for the whole backup). I have another on the same host (same account "Gogeek" at siteground) wich is 800 Mo with k2 component... and everything is fine with that one...
Any other suggestion ?

mhm... that's very strange.
The logout/login issue means that Joomla session crashes, we store very few details inside that, I suspect there's another plugin that is causing the issue.
Can you please disable all non-core system plugins and try again?

Hi Davide,
Thanks for your patience and your … perspicacity :-)
I found the jHackGuard plugin and disabled it. And everythings works well!
I don ’t know where this plugin was coming from as i’m installing AdminTools on all my website. Probably from the softaculous of SiteGround when i tried the automatic update ?
Anyway, every thing go well now and this is thanks to ou :-)

PS : I have just talked with SiteGround Support who confirm the install of JHackGuard if using Softaculous...
