EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
You closed this ticket too soon as there is updated information I need to provide you.

* The Update plugin was already disabled and showing "(OBSOLETE)" but there was a new Akeebabackup update to 3.11.2.
* After this update, Joomla Update worked perfectly.

Thank you for whatever you did to fix it.
Now you can close the ticket.

The solution is to upgrade to Akeeba Backup 3.11.2 before updating Joomla!. The issue was fixed in that version.
