EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
I upgraded akeeba and got the error described on
https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/akeeba-backup-documentation/installation-updates-upgrades.html#the-installation-broke-my-site

I have deleted all the said folders but when I go to the extension manager I get
"https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/akeeba-backup-documentation/installation-updates-upgrades.html#the-installation-broke-my-site"

When I go to Akeeba backup I get
"404 - An error has occurred.

Hello Garth,

can you please try to install Akeeba Backup twice, without uninstalling it, as the reported in the manual page you linked?

I can't get to the install extension page as mentioned I get this error when I click extension manager
"Fatal error: Class 'F0FTemplateUtils' not found in /home/fahey/domains/temporaryfencingstore.co.nz/public_html/plugins/system/srp/srp.php on line 158 Fatal error: Class 'JFactory' not found in /home/fahey/domains/temporaryfencingstore.co.nz/public_html/libraries/joomla/session/storage/database.php on line 71 "

So I am a bit lost as to what to do.

It seems you have a corrupted install of the F0F framework.
First of all manually rename the plugins/system/srp/srp.php file to srp_bck.php using FTP; in this way you should be able to access to the extension manager page.
After that, please install Akeeba Backup twice in a row, without uninstalling it.

I did as you requested and got this >> See attached image

Now when I go to extension Manager I get this

It seems you have a permission issue, please turn on the FTP layer in Joomla configuration page.
