EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue: I used Amazon's S3 download system to download a jpa file. I used Akeeba eXtract Wizard 3.3 to extract the file. The extracted file system appears clearly in the eXtract Wizard's Browse for Folder following the extraction. However, when looking for the file using Window 7's directory explorer the same directory is empty.

When properties of the directory are displayed by right-clicking on the directory, the directory is shown to be empty with 0 bytes.

I tried this with two separate directories and the same thing occurred.

I have attached an image showing the above.

Please advise.

Please try the extract without the Skip most errors box checked. I want to see what sort of error message it will give you.

What size is your downloaded backup archive?
