EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

I saved the site www.whera.org.uk through the backend before running a migration tool to upgrade to Joomla 3.3. Save completed normally as usual. The upgrade failed so I ran kickstart.php as I have many times, and it completed successfully. The site does not come up with a 500 Internal Server error on the front end. GoDaddy say there is nothing in their logs, and in the backend with the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method JAdministrator::setHeader() in /home/content/35/11892335/html/whera.org.uk/libraries/cms/html/behavior.php on line 712

Hello Peter,

when you restored the site, did you extracted it directly on your site root, on top of the failed upgrade?
Please clean your site root removing all the files, then move the archive + kickstart and try again.

That worked perfectly. Thank you so much. I should have thought of that myself!
