I have just upgraded to Pro v9.6.2  and cannot see how to enter the Download ID.

I have installed 3 times without deleting and followed the instructions given, but when following:

"Go to Joomla's System menu from the left hand side. Find the Update pane and click on the Update Sites link. Find the “Akeeba Backup Professional” item and click on it" 

The "download key" box is not shown?

I have solved this by downloading the ZIP file for a second time and installed that copy, and then it worked !
