Hi I have seen this twice now (see screenshot) on websites im trying to upgrade from latest Joomla 3 to J4, confused as the prefix showing in Joomla admin and in the databse are both the same, stuggling to understand why i get this message and why the upgrade fails! Luckily I have jetpack so can reinstall site when it fails. Ive done this loads of times with other sites, juat lately experiencing this databse prefix issue.

Any ideas what i need to do to fix?

regards Pete

Thank you for the log file. I was actually looking at this right now after another client's report and I see in your log file that my suspicion is correct. It's a wrong detection. You have tables in your database which do not start with Joomla's prefix (in your case w1t9z_). It's the tables with  the bf_ prefix, from mySites' connector.

You can ignore this message for now.

So I can go ahead and upgrade as normal? even with this message?

Database problem found. user_profiles' has the wrong type or attributes for column 'profile_value' with type TEXT.

Yes, you can go ahead and take a backup.

Please don't ask about the database messages Joomla prints about its own database tables. This is out of scope of our support. We do support for our software, not Joomla itself.
