Hello,

unfortunately, the upload to my IONOS S3 Object Storage has not been working since September 30, 2023. I now receive the following error message:

Akeeba\S3\Connector::startMultipart(): [500] SignatureDoesNotMatch:The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your AWS Secret Access Key and signing method. For more information, see REST Authentication and SOAP Authentication for details. Debug info: SimpleXMLElement Object ( [Code] => SignatureDoesNotMatch [Message] => The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your AWS Secret Access Key and signing method. For more information, see REST Authentication and SOAP Authentication for details. [RequestId] => 4bae5267-fff8-1fff-8efc-3cecef38a7a8 [HostId] => f110fadbf3894eddadd4d26d94b55eb6 )

I am using the post-processing engine "Upload to Amazon S3" with the signature method "V2".

What can i do?

Thanks.

Best regards

It is possible, but do remember that in the past we'd always use v2 signatures (regardless of your settings) whereas now we respect your settings. Is it possible that you need to change the signature method from v4 to v2?
