Hi everybody,

I am Using BackupMonkey as my Backup-and-Testing-Service. Since a few days, the Backup through the Monkey fails. Here is a Message I got from the People behind this service. I poorly understand what it is about, but hopefully you understand more, then me. :)

a bunch of BackupMonkey customers are reporting issues in regards to backup creation on Joomla 5. I’m logging the Akeeba API responses on our end and I’m seeing loads of these exceptions:

"Class "Base64Url\Base64Url" not found"

I assume that you are using the class in question in some places as it was available in Joomla 4.x as an indirect composer dependency. For Joomla 5.x that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore and I assume that’s where the error is coming from.

I can pass over your answer to them, if wanted.

Best wishes and kind regards.

Hello,

I suspect this comes from the WebPush feature. Can you please get inside component options and set the option "Push notification" to None?

Hi Davide, thanks for your reply. I turned the Push-Notifications off and disabled the Pushnotifications. Now erverything is fine again. Thank you.

Best regards

You're welcome!

We just discovered the source of the error, we will fix it in the next version. In the meanwhile you can keep the notifications disabled to avoid triggering the error.
