Where can I find the log? I have no backups because of the failure listed in the title

You have added an additional database (yquomwmy_rc210) using the Multiple Databases Definitions button. However, you have not entered its connection information correctly. As a result, PHP cannot connect to this database, and Akeeba Backup returns an error about it.

I assume that like all of the two to three people every year who come to us with this problem, you didn't really mean to add an additional database. You probably thought that you need to add your site's database using the Multiple Database Definitions despite the documented warnings not to. It happens. If this is the case go to the Multiple Databases Definitions page and delete the extra database you've added.

Indeed. That did it.

Interestingly, I never manually added the additional databases.
