EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 10MiB, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

No log, because there is no backup.

Hello,
I can no longer do cronjobs with J5 (probably also with J4) and I use "Webcron.org". With J3 there were no problems.

When a cronjob is executed, I get this message:
" 200 No need to run: no failed backups or notifications were already sent. "

No backup is executed. Manual execution works.

What is the problem? Thank you.

See attachment.

Hello,

what's the command you're executing? Looking at the message you posted, it seems that you're checking if there are any failed backups, not actually taking a backup.

Hello,
i execute with:

ttps://www.atelier-knoglinger.de/index.php?option=com_akeebabackup&view=Check&key=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Timeout: 180 sec

Only this, I can't set anything else except the time.

When I click on "Test", the above message appears immediately. If the cronjob (Joomla 3) works, it takes some time and the cronjob is executed and I have a backup.

You're using the wrong command.

Please get inside the Scheduling Information page inside Akeeba Backup component and use the correct command for taking a backup. You're asking Akeeba Backup to do something else.

I have the problem:

https://www.atelier-knoglinger.de/index.php?option=com_akeebabackup&view=Check&key=xxxx
https://www.atelier-knoglinger.de/index.php?option=com_akeebabackup&view=Backup&key=xxxx

it's the wrong link. instead of "=check" it should be "=backup". Thank you
