Dear Akeeba Team,

We are currently experiencing challenges with executing backups on one of our client's websites, encountering a prolonged backup duration along with an exception error during the file backup phase (refer to the attached debug log).

The error message implies incorrect permissions in the directory or insufficient available disk space. However, the IONOS Hosting panel indicates that there is approximately 80% of free disk space.

Additionally, the permission error appears contradictory as the .jpa file has been successfully created and placed in the designated output directory.

Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards

Hello,

first of all, you should set your logging level to All information and debug, so we can have a precise snapshot of what it's going on.

That being said, I can see you're creating an archive that is more than 1 Gb in size. Some hosts will block this type of operation, can you please set a part size of 500Mb and try again?
