I have set default ticket status to 'Prívate' but all tickets come in my emailbox as 'Public' and I have to set it mannualy to 'Private' in admin.
I cannot find how to set it standard to always 'Private'.
I have set it at all places I could find as 'Private', but still......in admin it is 'Public' and in mailbox it comes as 'Public'.

How can I remove the automatically search function when I fill the 'Title' field ?

1. On category settings, please enable the option "Auto-select Private" . By the way, can you please double check that the user you're using to create tickets has the permission to create private tickets?
2. If you want to disable it globally, please get inside component options, InstaSearch tab and set the field "InstantSearch method" to None.
