I am having this issue with german umlauts Ü Ö etc.
The umlauts in - email body - get parsed correct!
Only the subject line gets cripeld up like this =?UTF-8?B?d8OkaHJlbmQgZGVyIFdhcnR

I seems it has nothing to do with the email client, i tried outlook 2010 / 2013 and Thunderbird.
like you posted earlier this year in a nother ticket.

Any solutions to this problem in the very near future?
