Akeeba eXtract Wizard / Remote CLI / SiteDiff version: Unite version 1.1
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing the Remote Control and Akeeba Backup log files if you are reporting an Akeeba Remote Control issue, othrewise we can not help you. Remember that your attachment must be a ZIP file! Other file formats (including .txt) may be silently rejected by our site.
Description of my issue:
Probleme 1 : remote option
I worked a first time with Unite, and had a problem, that I do not have anymore (see ticket : #13609).
But now I did more deep tests and I experienced new problems :
The remote option is not making any effects.
I looked into the PHP execution, and I saw that in the file : engine/remote.php there is this instuction :
$packageFrom = $this->siteDef['siteInfo']['packageFrom'];
but it is always empty
So when it comes to the remote test ($packageFrom != 'remote') it is always true, and it jumps to the postrun section.
If I "force" in the code the value of $packageFrom to "remote", I have then an error :
PHP Fatal error: Class 'RemoteException' not found in /home/nicolas/Bureau/utils/akeeba_unite/engine/util/exception/body.php on line 9
I found a way to go over this problem while doing a shell scrip that first execute a remoteCli and then a unite extraction.
Probleme 2 : extra files
This is really a minor problem but it took me some time as I tried with those type of files :)
With some file extensions (sql, txt) the extraction creat a symlink with the content of the file. And png files are not restored.
But then I tried : php, xml, jpg files are extracted OK.
Conclusion :
I'an not blocked by one or other problem now, but I wanted to report it. Please tell me if I can do some more testing for you.
