Β Hello, my subscription has expired and I need to renew it. Where can I enter my VAT number so I don't get charged VAT? When I go to the shopping cart, I can't find the field in the profile either. Please answer thanks. Greetings, Monika

Hello Monika,

We use a reseller, Paddle, to sell our software. They handle the transaction, invoicing etc. We only handle the provisioning of the purchased services (download and support). As a result, we do not have the legal justification required by the EU GDPR to save your invoicing information, including your VAT number, on our site. That's why the page on our site does not show such a field.

You can enter all your invoicing information, including the VAT number, after clicking on the Pay & Subscribe button. You are taken to our reseller's interface. First, please select your country and go to the next step where you are about to select a payment method. Look on the left hand side. There is a link Add VAT. Click on it to enter your invoicing information. Upon confirming your invoicing information you should now see that the VAT charged is shown as zero.
