There are two ways to file pre-sales requests with us.
If you already have an account on our site please go to Support, Pre-sales and Account Questions and file a new ticket. This is the most secure method.
If you do not have an account on our site please go to the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page and send us a pre-sales request. Be advised that your request is sent to us by email and will replied by email as well.
Please do not send us support requests through these methods. We can not provide support unless you file a support ticket in the correct category.
