EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue: When I try to access the Joomla backend - Joomla/Extensions/Extensions Manager or Pugin Manager (via the menus) I get a blank page. After turning on Display_Errors in the php.ini file the blank page shows the php error;

Fatal error: Class 'F0FTemplateUtils' not found in /var/www/sondhi-warp/administrator/components/com_akeeba/plugins/models/installer.php on line 16

All other areas of the Admin backend work fine?

UPDATE:

Fixed the problem by following Akeeba's own manual un-installation instructions found at the bottom of this page.

Got immediate access to my Joomla Extension & Plugin Manager.

Re-Installed Akeeba and backed up.
