 Hi,
I tried to move a site.
First I made a backup with Akeeba Core 4.0.5 which I downloaded with FileZilla.
Then I uploaded this backup to another domain. I uploaded Kickstart.php and executed it.
Everything went fine until the last screen where I could choose to got to the frontend or the backend.
Neither works, giving the same error 500 (see attachment).
It is my first try, so I pretty lost.
I subscribed just to be able to call for support.
Thanks for any help.

Hello Ivo,

in which page are you getting this error?
Directly in the backend homepage and in frontend homepage?
Did you restored on a clean install, or there was another site on it?

At the end of the Akeeba Kickstart cleanup, I get two green buttons: "go to the front-end" and "go to the back-end". When I click them, I imagine I should go directly to the backend or frontend homepage, but I get the error 500 instead. ("JHtmlBehavior: :mootools not supported").
I did not restore on a clean install. There was a site before. In fact, it was a Joomla 3.3 test site.
Should I have deleted all the files before (time-consuming!)?

It's strongly suggested to remove existing files, that's required because Akeeba Backup can only write files or overwrite the existing ones.
You can easily remove all the files accessing to your domain control panel.

Everything worked fine now, at least it seemed so!
I found all my articles, the front-end looked ok.
BUT, I use the component Fabrik and when I tried to view the data of a list (=database table), Fabrik blocked. I could leave the component, access everything but view data, NO.
Perhaps you know, Fabrik lists are in fact database tables.
Perhaps I should have done something to the database before using Kickstart? Empty it?
Do you have a suggestion?

what do you mean by blocking?
Can you please try to enable error reporting inside Joomla Global Configuration?
Please remember that Akeeba Backup simply copies the whole site (files + database), then it explodes in the new location.
You should get in touch with Fabrik developers and ask them if they store absolute URLs and file paths.
If yes, please ask them how you can change those values and post here their response

Everything is ok now!
I forgot to modify the database "connection" settings in the Fabrik component.
Thanks for all your help.
