 Hey guys,

I followed all the sequence to move the site from the demo site to live site within same server. Site looks great but cannot log into Joomla Admin area of the new site however the old site is still good to get inside joomla Admin.

Admin Tools are not set for admin password. They are blank

When I try and reset password form Joomla back-end it states super user cannot receive password though I am pretty sure that I did not set any such permissions in Admin Tools version latest Pro.

Hello Darrel,

Joomla itself will prevent resetting the password of a Super Users, it's for your site security.
What happens when you try to log inside your site? Do you get an "invalid username/password" error or simply nothing happens?

Open your configuration.php file and search for cookie_path and cookie_path_domain.
Do they have any value? If so, please remove its contents; that should fix your issue.
